Hosting a Baby Clothing Drive as a School
Organizing a clothing drive at your elementary, junior high or high school is a great way to engage students in social responsibility and community engagement! Whether it be organized by an individual class, the entire school or as a special event, a clothing drive can promote volunteerism, encourage service, teach students about needs in their community and encourage empathy, which drives action.
The timing and focus of your school’s donation drive is entirely flexible. Should your school be willing to help us meet this need, Basically Babies will:
- Drop off a Basically Babies donation box and post cards with donation information (if required);
- Pick up the donations of new or gently used sleepers that your school collects, on our behalf, after a term of 6 weeks or a time frame that works best for your school.
